Hi Susan! After you purchase the Groupon, you will call the merchant directly to schedule. The redemption instructions will appear in the "How to use this" section found on your Groupon voucher.

Would this be OK for a true beginner who has had multiple back surgeries? ( 2 rods, six screws).

It depends on when the surgeries were? And How strong are you? Do you do any other physical activity? Can you fold forward? These classes are for the beginner but require some physical ability. We do offer Gentle classes and Restorative yoga as well but that is not offered with this Groupon.
