Choose Between Two Options

NorthSide Adventure Boot Camp

When he began lifting weights as a young athlete, Jason Lee's goals were centered on winning. However, the training process soon appealed to him more than the promise of glory on the field. He grew fascinated with the physics of the human body and how one's physique could be reshaped, so much so that he earned a degree in exercise science and nutrition at Florida State University. His experience as a fitness instructor in college led him to the position of head bariatrics counselor at the Miami Heart Institute, where he advised doctors and patients on weight-loss methods.

Now an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning specialist, Jason owns his own personal-training business and leads classes at NorthSide Adventure Boot Camp. His four-week camp program draws from diverse exercise disciplines—including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and circuit training—to help women of all ages and builds achieve greater wellness. He typically hosts classes outdoors, encouraging groups to conquer obstacle courses and calisthenics exercises through the motivating power of teamwork. With modifiable exercise routines, he ensures that no one is overwhelmed by the routines. He also ups workouts' intensity by a small degree at each successive class, challenging guests to lift dumbbells a little higher or to jog on their hands instead of their feet.
