I’m new to Groupons so forgive me if this is a silly question. I paid for the wash but haven’t received anything (other than a receipt) so far. Will I be mailed something? Email? I guess I just need to know how to redeem the service…

Did you purchase the Gorupon for this feature? If so, you should have received an email the next day with your Groupon to bring in to the car wash to present. :) Let me know.

Hi Traci, I paid for it through groupon.com. I did not receive the email you mentioned (although it may have gone in the junk box). I do however see a “My Stuff” link on groupon and see the car wash listed with a “Print” option.

I’m going to make the brash assumption all I need to do is print it and bring it in to redeem it. :)

As long as you have a print out of the Groupon that should be fine. Also, please do check your junk mail as you should be receiving your Groupon via email.

I realize it’s been a while, but I’m unable to print this groupon. I’ve tried multiple times but simply get a message that the pdf is corrupt and cannot be displayed.

Any help on this? :)

As long as you have a receipt via email, you can call ahead to make sure they have your name on their main list.

Well, I didn’t keep the email receipt (as it was Sept of last year) but I do see it in my groupon My Stuff section. I’ve sent an email to support asking about the printing trouble to see if they can help.

I never print them just use the bar code # and they have always worked. Plus, most of the places have lists with everyone who purchased one. I am sure you are on the list.

Four NW Auto Salon men worked like beavers for half an hour on my car, today, and now it sparkles. It was supposed to be white, and now it really is. They were great!
