What is the EXACT value of this groupon? Is it $115 towards any hair styling product? The wording is not clear what exactly I would be purchasing. Am I paying $15 for $115, and then buying a product for $149 and I pay the difference between the $115 and $149? Thanks.

If a curling iron you want is 149 how does the $15 dollars get applied? Do you pay for 149 minus 115, so $15 dollars plus the leftover $34 dollars for the price difference? thanks!
