Extreme Fit boot camp classes fuse cardio exercises and weight-lifting in one workout that tones bodies and burns calories. Classes take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15 a.m. and 6 a.m., and Monday–Thursday at 7 p.m.
O-Lifting Advantage founder and head training coach Anna Martin has competed in Olympic Weightlifting events for more than 17 years, performing feats of strength that earned her a collegiate national championship in 2005. As a coach, she has worked with more than 30 national champions as well as numerous athletes at Oklahoma State University and Tulane University. This experience comes in handy in O-Lifting fitness classes, during which Martin sweats alongside students as she showcases a variety of Olympic-style exercise techniques. Strength and conditioning classes get participants in shape for a variety of sports, while Extreme Fit boot camp sessions combine cardio and weight-lifting exercises.
