Choose from Three Options

The Discover Scuba Diving class lets individuals try out scuba to see if they like it before plunging into a full certification course. Under the direct supervision of a PADI professional, students learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water. They absorb basic skills, such as breathing while submerged, and are introduced to what it takes to explore the underwater world. The experience can also be carried over toward pursuing a PADI Open Water Diver certification.

For the third option, customers can choose from a variety of classes, including Emergency First Response ($149), Rescue Diver ($299), Advanced Open Water Diver ($299+), or any number of specialty classes.

Ocean Pro Divers

A PADI five-star instructor-development centre, Ocean Pro Divers has provided Vancouver and the Lower Mainland with professional scuba training and gear for more than two decades. Over that time, owners Shannon and Wes Kozak have netted a team of expert, PADI-certified instructors, who draw from both local and tropical experiences to enlighten students at two fully equipped facilities. In addition to offering the full spectrum of scuba-training courses, the Ocean Pro Divers staff leads diving adventures almost every weekend of the year. They also offer travelling dive packages to international destinations, giving students a choice between wading through exotic waters or staying near home to explore the subaquatic depths of Vancouver, which abound with marine life and hibernating hockey players during the off-season.
