In addition to vending traditional varieties, Oil & Vinegar infuses its own versions with flavors such as garlic, jalapeños, or Middle Eastern spices. Pair them with balsamic vinegars, refined in wooden barrels to produce their signature sweet taste and flavored with fruits such as wild berries and truffles.

For the second option, patrons can browse such bottles as elderflower-apple-lime vinegar ($7.95), which transforms both cold and hot meals into culinary favorites. Ice cream, fresh fruit, or firewood glistens enticingly under a syrupy blanket of the date-balsam-cream vinegar ($8.95).
