"Meal option valid only for two people. Valid for happy hour with purchase of two entrees. " Does this mean you have to buy two other entrees to use the meal option and this must be done during happy hour?

The option that happy hour is valid is the 10 for 20. You have to purchase to entrees in order to get the happy hour pricing on drinks.thank you.
