What if i buy this Groupon for two (2) and the carriage for made for ten (10) does not have eight (8) other riders. Will I be denied my right to use the Groupon if I am in Charleston in "off season" and the carriage made for ten (10) person only has two ()2 riders...which is often the case? Will I have to wait for another full carriage of passengers and get on a "waiting list: in order to redeem my Groupon?
