Expert guide tells Chinese folktales and explains the meaning of Chinese symbols they come upon while exploring the district's busy streets

Walking tours let you explore the very sidewalks where that city's famous denizens once strolled and yelled, "I'm famous and I will live forever!" at passing cars. Feel the history beneath your feet with this Groupon.

Choose from the 4 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. tour on Sunday, February 10, or Sunday, February 17.

The 60-minute tour kicks off in Centennial Square. From there, a knowledgeable guide leads tourists through Chinatown's vibrant streets to take in sights such as Fan Tan Alley—reputedly North America's narrowest street—as well as a Chinese public school. During the tour, they'll teach guests the meaning of Chinatown's many Chinese characters and tell a variety of Chinese folktales, as well as the tale behind the Chinese zodiac.
