So I am confused, how is this a “deal” when Formaggio Kitchen advertises this same oive oil on its website for $24.95?
Susan, I just checked Formaggio Kitchen and sure enough, both are offered for $24.95! Now, one is “sold out” right now, and maybe there’s a shipping charge from Formaggio? But still, I agree, it’s not exactly the same type of “deal” I usually find at Groupon!

Formaggio buys very large quantities from us and that’s why we give them a really good price. Nevertheless, there are many more people that may not shop at Formaggio, but regularly shop at Amazon.com, where the price per bottle of Olio Taibi is $49.99. This Groupon will work best for them and also provides free shipping anywhere in the United States.

I just puchase this deal but when I tried to redeem it, I can’t get into the site, is it because I have an Apple computer?

Your order would be shipped through Amazon.com and unfortunately, they will not ship this type of product to Australia (books, dvds, music and some other items are okay to ship). You can have it shipped to any address in the United States for free. We hope something in the U.S. will work for you! Grazie.

Since you’ve just purchased the Groupon and the deal is still on for another few hours, you may not be able to access your Groupon until after midnight tonight. Once the Groupon is purchases, the instructions should say, “email us your Groupon ID number and we’ll send you a redemption code” rather then “email us to get your redemption code [paraphrasing]”. Getting my email replied to with a request for the Groupon number is just one more step that (I feel) is unnecessary.
JoEllen: When I open it, my groupon reads: “Email Groupon@oliotaibi.com and provide
your name and Groupon ID# to receive a redemption code.” So….it does.

I printed the Groupon, sent an e-mail as I was supposed to, and have been waiting for the redemption code for 10 hours – how long should this take?

I am not pleased by the process this is taking me. I have purchased other deals and no problem. Is there any way I can get the credit on my card and pass on this ‘deal’? If so please, tell me. I am a senior adult and not as savvy on the computer as the younger folks. Just too much for me to handle getting the oil.
This has taught me a lesson to only do groupons that are in my neighborhood.

janice: send your request to groupon through the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of the page; this is an old discussion page and probably not monitored anymore. that said, what was your issue; I redeemed this deal no problem and maybe I can help you through it if you really want the oil.
Sory to say but I wish I had not purchased this!! My first time with Groupon and I’m not a big fan.
Went to Amazon to put in my propmotion # for the olive oil and it wont’ take it! HELP!!! And I was told the shipping was free but that was not reflected either:(
I had no problem cancelling it. Groupon took care of it. They are really a responsible company.

Just tried to redeem coupon..No such site available. Will try to contact groupon. Very surprised that groupon would have just recently posted this knowing sop many peoople have had such difficulties. Very disappointed with groupon.

Just got notice of deal on my computer on 1/4/11 from groupon…says it expires on 4/8/11. I am just a recent person on groupon joining in late December.
Ok, so I’ve bought one; I know I can’t redeem it until after midnight EDT, Monday. But since their website uses Amazon as the store, I’m curious how we will be able to redeem this.
