A bride often follows wedding rituals, such as not being seen in her dress and shooting her bouquet out of a cannon. Start your own traditions with this Groupon.

Choose from Three Options

  • $175 for a 6-hour wedding planning package (a $350 value)
  • $200 for a 9-hour wedding planning package (a $425 value)
  • $225 for a 12-hour wedding planning package (a $500 value)

Prior to the wedding, couples meet with the coordinator to go over vendors, create a timeline, and cover tipping guidelines. You also have unlimited access to the coordinator via email or phone.

On the day of the wedding, the coordinator ensures everything goes smoothly for 6, 9, or 12 hours. Depending on the wedding, this might include distributing flowers, bustling the bridal gown, and arranging the processional. In addition to tackling any unforeseen challenges, the coordinator also supplies a wedding survival kit. Once Upon an Event's wedding coordinators work on-location within Long Island.

Once Upon an Event

The coordinators at Once Upon an Event have one goal: to ensure brides and grooms experience the wedding of their dreams. To accomplish this, they meet with clients prior to their weddings to create a timeline of events, set up vendors, and tackle other necessities. On the actual day, the coordinators—who are all recent brides themselves—ensure the event runs smoothly, tackling any unexpected issues. Aside from weddings, Once Upon an Event also plans bridal and baby showers.
