I'm confused. I purchased a massage from you a few months ago and it took me two months to make an appt. When I unfortunately had to cancel and wanted to reschedule you told me that you didn't have any more openings thru October when the offer expired. You did share that you had other locations but why would I drive to San Diego to have a one hour massage when your WLA office is less than 2 miles from where I live? You then told me that you had contacted Groupon and told them they you had no idea what a success this would become and since you couldn't take on any more reservations that Groupon would give me and anyone else in my position my money back which was not the case. Groupon said that since other locations could possibly take an appt. they wouldn't give me my money back but would credit me the amount. And now you are advertising once again to make a deal???
