HI Jennifer, That's a good question. The short answer is: "It depends" It depends on the issue, and it depends on where you are now along the path of positive change. Part of the 90 minute session, is to review your goals and get clear about what you want. From there I can make a recommendation regarding future sessions. But most people feel a shift, even in the first visit. I have worked with clients who were temporarily stuck, and in one session they moved past it. That is especially true with NLP. I meet with other clients that have been coming to coaching sessions for 2 or 3 years, to handle whatever shows up in life. They use the sessions to stay on track and maximize success. As a general rule the nationwide average with hypnosis tends to be 4 or 5 sessions, but again, that depends on the issue and the person. Coaching sessions are more effective with a longer term commitment. Most people notice a positive change in the first session All tje best, Becky
