Questions and Answers

I do not have dental insurance. I have a broken tooth which I'm told needs a crown. I understand this is way to find new clients, but I live in No. Ogden and will not be a repeat customer. Does this disqualify me from purchasing this Groupon deal or can I still buy this deal? Thanks.

You most certainly can still purchase this deal!

I had a root canal a year ago that needs a crown. I do have dental insurance--is there a way I can submit the groupon cost to the insurance company to have them pay the non discounted portion? Or is this mainly for people that don't have dental insurance?

I would suggest contacting Oral Design dental directly at (801) 733-7035 for more information about how this offer would interact with your insurance.

Hello, it says "Consultation required; non-candidates will be refunded." Is there a separate charge for the consultation or is that part of the exam and evaluation? If it's part of the exam and evaluation and I am not determined to be a candidate, then will the full $449 be refunded or is there still a charge for the exam? Thanks!

There is not a separate charge for consultation.
