The cooks at Orderup focus on what they’ve deemed the three classics: pizza, burgers, and tacos. Wielding hand-pressed patties, they craft signature burgers such as the La Bomba, which comes with cheddar, bacon, and a fried egg on a buttered bun. A brick oven bakes slow-rise dough into perfectly formed pizza pies, and corn tortillas wrap themselves around chicken, fish, and steak tacos. The menu also showcases more than 30 toppings ranging from pineapple and bacon to fried eggs, pepperoni, and artichoke hearts that can be applied to pizzas, burgers, or tacos, allowing customers to get creative with their meals and customize their own food.
