i have a groupon for the same deal which expired a few months ago. Is it still possible for me to use it this time? I think it was for the same amount. I got ill and was not able to use it in time. Groupon says that the amount is still there as a credit. I live in the west San Fernando Valley.

Hi Lisa, The value that you paid for the voucher never expires. You would, however, need to pay the additional amount to equal two hours at the regular rate. Thanks.

"We" as in the company, I have people that work for me, a team does not come out for $69 for 2 hours. Availability can vary depending on day of the week and area in which you live in. You do not need to prep anything before we come.

How much would the surcharge be for Pasadena? How much per extra hour of organizing? Thanks!

The surcharge would be $40. The additonal hours are $85 per hour which is a 15% discount off the regular hour rate. If two or more hours are purchased at the same time the surcharge is waived.

I live in rancho palos verdes...what will the extra charge be? Do you bring any organizing containers, etc with you to purchase and use immediately? Do you have knowledge in connecting computers, printers, ....to organize the office or just placement of materials? Do you have the ability to hang heavy mirrors and place pictures on the wall? Thank you!

The extra charge would be $50 payable at the time of service. We do not bring containers because we do not know what we will need. Most times the client has some things that we are able to use. I have yet to go into a home that doesn't have organizing suplies. The prblem is they just don't know wat to do with them. As for the computer, we have a basic knowlwedge. That is not our area of expertise. Most pictures we could hang but it would depend ont he size of the mirror. Of course, I have contacts that can do all of these things are an additional cost.

I really need an organizer. I have several pockets of clutter. mostly paper/ mail/ clothes. I want to do the actual work. but how much will get accomplished in only 2 hours? doesn't seem like enough.

That is not an easy question to answer. We will get as much done as possible. I can't give you an exact answer because I do not know how much stuff you have, the size of your space and how quickly you make decisions. All I can tell you is that we will work as quickly as possible to accomplish as much as possible. And of course, you can always purchase more hours if necessary.

Hi. It says extra fee beyond 15 miles. From general "Sherman Oaks" entry in Google Maps it says I'm 18 miles away (Marina del Rey). What would the extra fee be?
