So to get a ride in the plane, a passenger has to be 18 years and up? Just wondering because I have 2 kids, 9 and 16.

Is it an option for one of the riders to actually fly the plane for portions of the flight? (I'm getting this as a surprise for my girlfriend who has "fly an airplane" on her bucket list. She was in a small plane once and tok the controls for about 30 seconds, but was only allowed to hold it steady rather than actually change the flight pattern for a few minutes or so. I'm not looking for her to do any crazy manuevers - just bank & climb/descend so she gets the sensation of actually flying the plane.) If this is possible, I will gladly buy this Groupon deal! Absolutely Mark! It's a great gift, just be sure we know when you schedule the flight with the front desk so we can instruct the pilot of your wishes. In the Air Tours we offer this as an option and it would certainly be an incredible experience for her. About 80% of these flights have a passenger who either nervously agrees to fly the plane, or grabs the controls and is ready for action so lets get her airborn for the bucket list gift of a lifetime!

Absolutely Denise! It would be a minimal upgrade price for the extra passenger no problem. The only caution is to assure the combined weight of all three passengers does not exceed 410 lbs. It's always awesome to see a family go together and see the pictures of the faces often before and after. I hope this has answered your questions
