When her doctors suggested yet another surgery to treat her persistent pain, Elizabeth Mixon Summers dug in her heels and began to seek out alternative solutions. Her search eventually led her to Ortho-Bionomy, a gentle, indirect massage therapy that works with the body’s self-corrective reflexes to achieve sustainable results.

This discovery proved so helpful to Summers that she decided to found her own practice, Ortho-Bionomy in the Cranial Field. Today, she supplements her Ortho-Bionomy sessions with more traditional modalities, such as sports and medical massage.
