I see there is a $20 surcharge for hair longer than your bra strap. Does this apply to both deals, or only the colour option? I am interested in just the cut and blow dry for $39, and I have long hair. Also, does the blow dry include styling ie flat ironing? Thanks!

Yes the 20 dollars applies to both deals (even for the cut) and there is a $15 charge for hot tools ie: flat iron
