Dessertsmiths consult with customers to pin down the size, color palette, and venue for an event before crafting a custom lineup of chocolates and candies. They display their creations in an array of decorative glass vessels, atop linens specifically chosen to complement the candy's colors. They carefully choose wine and champagne pairings for the selected desserts, the fermented fruity flavors subtly complementing rich chocolates or candy bars. Their planned event also includes gift bags for each guest to take home at the end of the party, as well as staff to set up, manage, and clean up the dessert bar.

Over the Top Productions caters dessert tables for events of all sizes, brining custom-crafted candies and chocolates to sate an army of sugar-craving teeth.
