A licensed massage therapist uses therapeutic strokes and light pressure to loosen taut muscles and applies an optional exfoliating body polish to slough away dead cells. He or she then removes the scrub with soothing hot towels and a dry-brushing technique, concluding the treatment with fragrant aromatherapy.

The crew employs products that are free of sulfates, parabens, and glycols.
