How many rides have height/age restrictions and what is the minimum height to be able to ride these rides? Wristbands aren't good for games, right?

The wristband is valid for unlimited rides and does not include games.

The offer for Pa's pumkin patch says it expires Oct 18. Does that mean it must be used at the Patch by Oct 18?
