I was not able to buy 2 certificates this morning. I was going to give one as a gift and one for myself. It says one per person does that mean only one per acct? Thought it would bea great mother, daughter activity. I bought the gift cert. first.
wouldn’t let me purchase even though there were several left!! Kept saying error! Tried to different cards to make purchase!! :(

Thanks for purchasing today’s super cool painting class! Mary, there should be no problems with buying two vouchers at once. The 1 per person only means you can use one voucher yourself. You can’t use 5 vouchers for 5 classes for yourself is all.
So try again and have fun with your mother and it would definitely be a great mother daughter activity. Spread the Groupon word everyone and have a great day.

Hi Mike,
I’m still unable to purchase a second certificate. Under your purchase it’s saying amount must be exactly one.(Which it does) Under payment it is saying there was a problem, see the error message below but there is no message. I’ll try again later.

I LOVE Groupon….you folks have me hooked! I look forward to so many new experiences that I probably never would have known existed in my own town! Like this painting class…I’m sure they’ll see more than 1 groupon’s worth of me. I want to share this with my family — 16 nephieces (nephews/nieces) from 21 down to 2. I don’t see an age limit for participates…do you know if they have conditions? Thanks!

We’re glad you are loving Groupon! Paint Along does not have any restrictions as to age, so you can purchase a voucher for your entire family. I will recommend if you are thinking of purchasing 16 vouchers for your relatives between those ages, that you call Paint Along and see if you can schedule a class just for your family or work something out together.
Many times parents bring their children with them, but they also try not to have too many children in one class that it can be disruptive to the other classmates. So I would contact Paint Along to try to schedule a “family class!” Thanks again Susan.

I bought one for a friend, and tried to purchase one for another friend, and it keeps locking up???

Hi Debra,
If you are using the “Buy for a Friend” link then you have to do two transactions. You also have to add a name every time you use the “Buy for a Friend” button. If you are having issues you can just purchase it for yourself with your name and give it to your friend as a gift. Our vendors use the Groupon ID Number for redemption so as long as she has her own voucher she will be fine. Hope that helps.

I’m trying to purchase 2, it still says my order is pending. I’m seeing by this thread that there may be an issue with purchasing 2 at a time — should I cancel my order and just do one at a time??? I don’t want to miss out.

You are not going to miss out! Your order will go through. Sometimes it can take a few hours before we can process your order. This occurs because there is so much traffic on our site with people making purchases across the country. Give it some time and it will process through. If not then email support@groupon.com.

Hi! Do you know if this business has a limit on how may groupons are used in one class? Example… if I would go with 10 friends and we each had a groupon, would they honor them all?

Yes, Paint Along will honor all of the Groupon vouchers if each person has their own. If you are looking to go with a big group I recommend calling Paint Along to make sure all 10 of yall can go at the same time as class space is limited.
Each voucher has its own unique ID number which is how Paint Along will track the vouchers. So get your friends the gift of Groupon and have a great time! Thanks again everyone.

What type of paint is used.. oil, acrylic or watercolor?
The woman was HORRID! I have never experienced such RUDENESS in any business in Nashville. We will never go back I am telling my friends to NOT purchase classes from her at the Brentwood location. She redefined bad customer service – - stunningly rude! USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
