Hey Wendy! Yes, that is true, not everyone will be a candidate for the procedures offered. Once you purchase the Groupon, you will schedule your consultation and exam. Hi: It is my understanding that a Lasik procedure can only work for close up vision (or vice versa), but not for both. In other words, I have heard the procedure can help with close up (reading) vision, but this procedure then lessens your distance vision and vice versa? I want a procedure that improves both my near and farsightedness all at once! Steve

Hey Steve, The Lasik will improve the distance. There are other options to correct both that the doctor will discuss with you during the consultation. If you purchase and find out that you are not a good candidate for the procedure, Groupon will refund you the full purchase price. Thanks! -Jessie
