During the 45-minute boot-camp classes, instructors guide students in whipping into shape with a combination of yoga stretches, cardio drills, running, and jujitsu moves. Classes are held 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Saturdays.
