During a Swedish massage, a therapist aims to foster full-body relaxation with a combination of long, fluid strokes, gentle taps, and rhythmic kneads. Deep-tissue techniques employ more focused, firm pressure in the hopes of relieving chronic aches or turning a muscle knot into a diamond. The 30-minute express facial refreshes skin with deep cleansing, an exfoliating scrub, steam, and a mask. Hours are Tuesday—Friday, 9:30 a.m.—6:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.—5 p.m.; and closed Sunday and Monday.
