The kitchen preps seven specialty pizzas—including the Hawaiian Brunch ($12.10–$19.35) and the Big Meat ($16.25–$29.65), with Grande mozzarella and sauces born from Stanislaus tomato products—and hands them over in disposable pans so that patrons can cook them at home. Signature ScrambleBread ($6.55/lb.) combines at least 4 of more than 25 fillings into a doughy cocoon with garlic, olive oil, and cheese. Chefs whip low-fat egg whites to craft the meat lasagna's ($6.85/lb.) sheets of fast-cooking pasta. For a more polished presentation, customers can provide their own lasagna dishes provided they measure at least 2.5 inches deep.

Since 1988, Papa Petrone's Take 'N Bake has been filling home kitchens with the scents of fresh-baked pizzas and pastas. Using California-grown tomatoes and Grande mozzarella, cooks create pizzas that can be customized with a variety of toppings—such as italian sausage, feta cheese, fresh broccoli, and jalapeño peppers. Once completed, the staff wraps each raw disk to prepare it for baking in customers' home ovens, whose balmy temperatures also finish the shop's signature ScrambleBread, scratch-made lasagnas, and hearty egg-white pastas.
