My carpet did not look much cleaner and it stayed wet for over 5 hours so I was concerned that they did not suck up the water from the carpet and had to put fans down everywhere.

With Paradise air, there is definitely "trouble in paradise"! After purchasing the Groupon, we scheduled the appointment for a Monday morning. I took half the day off, expecting them to come in the morning between 8:30-10:30; they never came. I got a call around 10:00 saying they would be there in the afternoon between 3:30-5:30....they never showed, but called again saying that "they could not make it out today but could they come Wednesday. Of course I agreed, because at this point, I just wanted the job done, after missing half a days pay. Long story short, they came used scare tactics to upsale everything, already started the additional work, then informs my wife it will be $800! Don't!
