Questions and Answers

How many pixel laser treatments does it take to notice a difference?

Shannon J. asked 7 months, 5 days, 17 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Douglass S.

After one Pixel you will notice significant improvement. The amount of pixel treatments heavily depends on the patients skin and condition. Purchasing 2 Pixel treatment package is not only the best value but will also ensure satisfaction.

How is this different from an IPL Photo Facial? Thank you.

The Pixel skin resurfacing treatment is very different from an IPL facial. The pixel takes off the first level of dead skin with little redness and down time. It speeds up collagen growth significantly and literally eliminates dark spots and wrinkles. It works on a much deeper, effective level. Also, this is a medical grade laser rather than an IPL (which stands for Intense Pulse Light). The photo facial has no down time and can help to clear dark spots and stimulate collagen growth, however it is not classified as a laser and work on a much more superficial level.
