I am having a microderm abrasion treatment this month (third of three). I see on your web site that there should be a wait time between that and the CO treatments. How long a wait and would the groupon still be honored if the wait is six months? Also did not see an answer to the question of a refund if we are not a good candidate for the treatment after a consultation. Thanks

A few days after the micro is great for the CO2. It actually compliments the treatment because it takes off some dead skin prior; so, you can get more aggressive results. Refunds are given on Groupon. We prefer for you to come in for a complimentary consultation, so you know what to expect, if this is the service for you. Don't worry about the expiration date. Sorry for the delay of this response!

If I purchase the $400 package nd do 2 treatments, will I actually see results and for how long? I have purchased a Groupon in the past for a less expensive type of facial treatment only to be told when I got there that 1 session would not really help and to see results I would need to buy 3 more sessions. I hope this is not the same? Also, what are the risks?

Hi Kristi, definately downtime and definate results. The extent of the results depend on how deep you want the treatment and what you can endure. It is a painful process, although numbing cream is used prior to your treatment. The largest risk is scarring if you do not keep emulsified AT ALL TIMES. We have never had negative issues from this service.

CO2 fraction skin resurfacing is literally making the skin on the treated area come off. Even having a light treatment, you have a day or so 'not leaving your house'. This is an aggressive skin treatment for resurfacing.

Wonderfully helpful on wrinkles, about 7 days serious downtime. Not totally healed at 7 days; however, makeup may be worn. Wonderful on wrinkles,, number of treatments depend on depth of wrinkles. Light wrinkles=one treatment, etc...

One more question...I see on the website a link about pre-treatment and post treatment supplies. How much are those, are they necessary or recommended, and what other costs should I expect?

I totally recommend the products. They are inexpensive and can be purchased anywhere...Walgreen, Walmart, Safeway, etc....I do not know the cost. It depends on where you shop. $30 if you bought from us and less expensive option, but, not Italian Medical Product Vea, is at Walmart and sometimes Big Lots. After care Vit E, VEA product is $30 also. Just think about a baseball glove or leather anything. If you are not nourishing the material, it is going to age, wither and wane. You must always nourish something to make it grow and keep healthy. Your skin is the same....let us help you.
