Choose Between Two Options

  • $35 for a 5-class fitness package (a $140 value)
  • $69 for a 10-class fitness package (a $215 value)

Along with a punch card valid for all classes, each fitness package includes a peak-performance evaluation (a $65 value) at the Downer’s Grove location. Ratio Chiropractic and Sports Therapy will examine seven key points to identify weaknesses in movement patterns then make training recommendations to improve performance while reducing the risk of injury.

In MMA classes, students master mental and dietary guidelines in addition to martial-arts styles. Boxing trainers demonstrate crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and kickboxing sessions train all four limbs in combative strikes. TRX training levitates limbs for resistance workouts against one's own body weight, enlisting phantom third arms for an increased challenge. At strength and conditioning run-throughs, guests can tackle a medley of drills, including pushups, tire flips, and sledgehammer slams. Click here for class schedules. Kids’ classes are for tough tots as young as 5, and all other classes are open to students aged 14 and older.

Patriot Boxing

Combining his combat training with his takedown expertise earned during a stint on the U.S. Navy wrestling team, pro MMA fighter Nick Janowitz opened his own mixed-martial-arts gym to help others hone their battle skills. Patriot Boxing hosts several results-oriented programs that lead patrons of all fitness levels in ring-ready punches, strength drills, and grappling holds. The gym is divided into specialized arenas built to host a multitude of fighting styles and conditioning. A brigade of 20 heavy hanging bags absorbs kickboxing pummels, and competition-size wrestling mats and a fight cage cushion combat. Conditioning classes are furnished with battling ropes and oversize tires, which when combined can become tire swings for rhinos. Patrons can seek personalized guidance with private training seminars, and occupy their youngsters during workouts with kids' classes and activities in the onsite playroom.
