I see that a requirement to attend the doggy day care is a "good temperament." If this is purchases as a gift, and the dog doesn't end up having the right reaction for doggy day care, then would you consider a refund? The dog I am purchasing for is not agressive, only timid towards people (not dogs.)

For "late" pick-up, how much after 11AM is permitted for the $24? How early in the day may dogs be dropped off? Can personal food/toys/bedding etc be brought? Are dogs boarding for 2 days automatically given access to play area & other dogs? How long/much? Any different guidelines for weekends, particularly those before Christmas?

Do the ten days need to be used all at once or may they be broken up into, say, two 5 daycare days? Also, may they be split amongst 2 dogs? Thanks!

I am going on a week long trip so the 5 nights would be perfect, except I will need 7 nights. Will I just pay for the 2 additional nights at the time of stay?
