During the one- to three-hour treatments, staff members give pets a thorough spa shampooing with an included fruity facial cleansing then condition fur before massaging out all of the suds. They tackle mouths with a tooth-brushing treatment and spray, then clean ears with an ear flushing. Dogs are blow-dried and brushed, followed by a trimming of nails and the hair surrounding the face, feet, and sanitary area. The session concludes with staff decking out pets in either a bow or bandana. Extra fees apply for excess fur matting and a full-body haircut.
