Why do Ihave to select a location on purchase? Each location could have a different selection of trees. I do want to purchase, but want to know if the groupon will be honored at another location if I decide the trees are better than the location I purchased?

There are only a limited amount of Groupons available for each location, which is why you must select which location when purchasing a Groupon. Your Groupon is only valid for the location it is purchased for.

What if you get a tree that's less than 50 bucks? Can the difference be applied to something else?

Your Groupon is valid for your total bill for purchase of trees. So, you could purchase multiple trees if you'd like.

Another question...Are we limited to only the trees listed in the offer {PB Christmas Trees' selection of trees includes 6'–7' douglas firs ($39.99), 4'–5' noble firs ($44.99), and 5'–6' grand firs ($54.99). } Or, if we purchase a larger/more expensive tree, can the $25 will be credited towards that purchase price?

You can apply your Groupon to any size tree they offer. If you exceed the value of your Groupon, you simply pay the difference.
