Peak!

Matthew Glynn—an ISSA-certified trainer, kenpo karate black belt, and 2009 Canadian kickboxing champion—puts fad dieting to rest by encouraging healthy lifestyle courses for the long run. By organizing small groups of four to eight trainees, he offers all the benefits of personal training without the cost in programs for both adults and teenage athletes. As an added bonus to the high-intensity workouts, Mr. Glynn fosters smart nutritional choices and is available 24/7 for support.
