As part of the Peak! fat-loss program, up to eight students obliterate calories with kettlebells, medicine balls, and battling ropes under the gaze of a trainer. Students also receive a diet guide and an example meal plan. Classes meet for 50 minutes on Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., and Sundays at noon, 1 p.m., and 8:30 p.m.
