No you can use the groupon towards RayBan sunglasses or ophthalmic frames. You do have to purchase a complete pair of glasses, meaning frames and prescription lenses.

This is for lenses and frames, correct? Also, I know it says not valid with insurance. What if my insurance only covers the eye exam? Would I still be able to use this Groupon?

Your insurance can be used towards your eye exam. If you want to purchase 2 pair of eyeglasses you can use your insurance for one pair and the groupon towards a separate pair. Or, if you wear contacts your insurance can be used towards your contacts and the groupon can be used towards your complete pair of eyeglasses.
