In a process that takes up to two hours, an experienced stylist uses a foil technique and Wella hair products to lighten strands with partial or full highlights. Afterward, locks are shampooed and cut before being styled into a bold new hairscape.

The team colors manes with Wella products, transforms unruly hairdos with children's cuts, and creates elegant hairstyles for brides and their wedding-day stunt doubles. Each stylist also brings her own set of skills to the cutting chair, ranging from Tiffany's experience with weaves and braids to Trenette's skill at fusing and bonding hair extensions. The stylists are always happy to share tips and tricks on how to re-create a new style, and they sell Bed Head products and Paul Mitchell blow-driers to help put these strategies into practice.
