Located at Salon in the City, licensed micropigmentation artist Nancy Russ shortens morning routines by enhancing the eyes, brows, and lips with permanent makeup. After applying a topical numbing cream, she implants Kolorsource pigments into the skin with the aid of a digital Nouveau Contour machine, or by hand. Her periodic touchups maintain the desired level of pigment, which can fade over time or with regular sun exposure. Nancy also offers a variety of skin care treatments using products from gloTherapeutics and Mineral Fusion, capping each treatment off with an application of Mineral Fusion Skin Defense Minerals.
