Eyebrow sessions use a pigment-implantation technique known as the hairline stroke, which mimics the appearance of natural human hair. Similarly, permanent-eyeliner implantation creates subtle shadowing on the upper and lower lash line to mimic hundreds of tiny eyelashes and create the illusion of fuller natural eyelashes.

In the comfort of their cozy Perfectious Tatu studio, Cheryl and Gayle use a safe pigmentation technique known as hairline stroke to mimic the appearance of eyelashes and eyebrows. Both women are licensed and certified, adhering to the strict hygiene and sterilization guidelines set forth by OSHA, as well as the CDC.
