They did a great job, but after groupon deal, the avg price per hour they spend is comparable to the market. I used to pay for this lady who also charges about $25/hr, and she's really good. But she was not available when I had house guests. So, Petal House did not offer much of a discount through groupon, but like I said, they did a good job!

I actually cleaned my house after they left. I felt like there was more dust when they were done cleaning and I don't even know if they vacuumed before they mopped the floor. They did not vaccum the stairs. Worst of all they left chewed gum in my sink. I would not recommend Petal House Cleaning.

It took me six phone calls, with several weeks going by, before Adrianna returned my call and we could schedule an appointment. One time I called, she answered, and said she'd have to call me back, and never did. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, then, when $600 went missing from my husband's dresser drawer the day they finally came to clean. I'm sure Adrianna would be mortified if she knew (she seemed very sweet, and even tried to help me get a friend's house clean after her father died) but I didn't bother to say anything to her, as she could have done nothing after the fact. But the unfortunate reality is that Petals is going to attract employees who take advantage of the lack of structure and the low expectations.

Adrienne was very nice but she showed up late. And cleaning was not great. Kitchen floors were not cleaned well. My bathroom counter had not been cleaned very well. Overall cleaning was ok but not good enough for me to have them do it again.
