Performed by a senior-level aesthetician, each 60-minute customized facial uses Aveda products to cleanse and a tone skin before applying a healing masque. As the masque works to correct skin imperfections, clients receive a hand-and-foot treatment along with a massage, concluding the treatment with a layer of moisturizer to prevent thirsty mugs from diving face first into office water coolers. The 90-minute facial amps up the indulgence by adding a refining treatment and an extended massage performed as hands and feet relax inside warming booties and mittens.

Each of their cut and color services is accompanied by a stress-relieving sensory experience that ranges from a mini facial to a soothing hand-and-arm massage.

Phia Salon extends Aveda's commitment to natural products and the environment to its own salon with eco-friendly business practices, such as constantly monitoring and recycling waste and using phosphate-free soaps. The salon’s cork floors are sustainably harvested and surrounded by eco-friendly paint on the walls, and the organic milk used in coffee and tea comes from local, grass-fed cattle who carpool to work.
