How would you reserve show dates and times with the Groupon?

When you receive your Groupon by email, it will direct you to a redemption website where you will give all of your information as well as your desired date and time of performance. You will receive an email within 24 hours of submitting your redemption confirming your seat assignment.

I purchased Tier 1 tickets for 4/14 & only Tier 2 seats are available. I went to the website and Tier 1 seats were available on the seating chart. How do I get Tier 1 seats? Or can I get a refund? I live out of town and will only be in Phoenix for the 4/14 performance.

How long does it take for you guys to respond? It’s been over 16 hours since I posted my question. I was one of the first 30 people to buy this deal and you never got back to me. I highly doubt my seats will be good ones at this late date. Plus, no tier 1 tickets were available for the date I am in town and so I was overcharged $15 and given only tier 2 options. So much for personal service from this Groupon site.

I purchased tickets and submitted my info. Have not heard anything. Will call tomorrown 602-889-5283. Hope it helps someone else. Disappointed in this Groupon so far.
