who is this taught by? If I purchase two does it continue thru the next class. If my daughter is NOT a beginner, can she start at the second phase?

Donna J. asked 5 months, 9 days, 23 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cesar M.

Sorry for the delay. All of their courses are strictly online and there is not a in-class attendance required. They can be completed at your own pace and the modules are accessible for a year from the date of registration. If you purchase the option for two, you will be able to choose two different classes listed on the deal page.

Cesar M. answered 5 months, 6 days, 19 hours, and 41 minutes ago

Can you take the class from anywhere. Can you take it anytime or are they scheduled classes online? Are they instructor led? What topics are covered on the Photography course? Do you get a ccertificate/license when you're done? What equipment do you need for the class?

Rachel M. asked 5 months, 8 days, and 30 minutes ago - 1 answer

Brette V.

You can take the course from any computer that has an internet connection.

The courses can be taken at your own pace. Once you activate each course, you'll have a year to complete it. Courses just need to be activated by 6/12/13.

I'm wanting to get more involved in photography...as a hobby, not a profession. I want to learn more about the skill of taking a good photograph and then using photoshop to enhance, improve, creatively modify the image. I do not own photoshop. If I were to buy the classes, which ones should i consider?

Charles S. asked 5 months, 7 days, 20 hours, and 13 minutes ago - 1 answer

Brette V.

It sounds like you'd be interested in either the Digital Photography or Photoshop class (or both!). You can read the full course outlines for each of the two classes by clicking the links below.

I have two questions before I buy this whole package. First question - If I sign up for all 4 courses, will I only get certified in one, or all 4 upon completion? Second Question - What kind of cameras are recommended for these courses. I know a digital camera, but what specs are recommended to get full value of course and what do these cameras run as far as price? Pls answer asap as I would like to get in on the deal before it is expired. Lois

Lois D. asked 5 months, 8 days, 18 hours, and 55 minutes ago - 1 answer

Brette V.

Thanks for your interest! If you sign up for all 4 courses, you'll be certified in each course upon completion of all 4. The camera best suited for the Digital Photography course is either a DSLR or Point-Shoot Camera with manual controls (Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Manual and Program Mode). These settings give you the ability to control your exposures. Some compact cameras many not have these functions, in which case you would benefit from the theory.

Brette V. answered 5 months, 7 days, 18 hours, and 37 minutes ago

Is there any special equipment needed for these classes?
