Does the 14-hour instruction time include the time it would take to complete any assignments or examples? I'm trying to determine if I can schedule 14 hours in the 30-day free-trial window, but would like to know how long it really takes to complete the class. Is it 14 hours + work time for assignments? If so, how long should I allot to complete the assignments?

You could complete the course in the 30-day window, but individual times to complete it vary on many factors like student comprehension and diligence in taking the courses in a timely manner.

It says in your ad prices for the "above" courses and there are options for the varying number of courses. There is nothing there that lists what the courses actually are and what they entail.

'Photo Art Studio Graduate Certification' doesn't mean anything, so does "in addition, students can opt to complete the ACA (Adobe Certified Associate) and ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) certifications" mean that Adobe Certification is *not* actually included, or that ACA/ACE costs extra?

The camera best suited for this course is either a DSLR or Point-Shoot Camera with manual controls (Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Manual and Program Mode). These settings give you the ability to control your exposures.
