Questions and Answers

I do not have Elements. I have Adobe CS5, one version better than Adobe CS4. Will I be able to use my Adobe CS5 with the knowledge I will get from Adobe CS4? Or there is a big difference between versions of the Adobe?

I want to enroll in all of the courses. Can I complete them at my own pace? I work an 8-5 job and I may only be able to complete a few hours online daily. Also, can I complete the entire program online, and how does the certification process work?

Bryan B. asked 2 months, 29 days, 14 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Yes, the courses are completed at your own pace online.

Will any photography equipment be needed in order to complete the courses?

Lesley E. asked 3 months, 3 days, 13 hours, and 59 minutes ago - 1 answer

Sammy T.

The camera best suited for this course is either a DSLR or Point-Shoot Camera with manual controls (Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Manual and Program Mode). These settings give you the ability to control your exposures. You can see a full breakdown of the course here, while ownership or access to some photography equipment is recommended, it is not required.

I want to enroll to the four 14 hr. of online training, I have tge CS5 package. Will I be able to use that software? Thanks

Rossana B. asked 3 months, 2 days, 14 hours, and 25 minutes ago - 1 answer

Sammy T.

The courses are designed for any version of Photoshop above CS 4. Elements is limited in functionality when compared to the CS versions. They suggest downloading the trial software and using it for the course. Once you are familiar with CS 4 or higher you can very easily transfer your skills over to Elements.

Sammy T. answered 3 months, 2 days, 14 hours, and 9 minutes ago

when you are taking one of the courses can you go back and review the information at the beginning?

Catherine S. asked 3 months, 3 days, 13 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

Sammy T.

You have unlimited access to all the courses for a year, so you are more than welcome to review the material again if you'd like.
