How does this groupon work if it is for a wedding? It says bridal package includes memory book..is that extra or still $699? Also the $699 is price and then to reserve we would need to call and pay the HST? Please advise..thank you. My wedding is July 27, 2013 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Is the hst on top of the $699? Or is it $699 all included. You are able to do wedding at Doubletree in Niagara Falls, Ontario or is there an extra fee for travel? Thank you!
