Questions and Answers

I have never done cards online before. I am having my children's pictures taken at a photo studio, and will be getting a cd with the portrait session. Can I then use that portrait CD to make the cards online and purchase them?

Sorry for the delay! You will be able to use your own photographs to create your cards. However, since you'll be getting your photos done professionally, you'll need to check with the photographer to make sure you have permission to use the photos for this purpose.

If you purchase the $85 voucher but only spend $50, will you still have $35 left to spend at a later date?

Patti B. asked 6 months, 16 days, 21 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kevin C.

Hi Patti, Thank you for your question. The total of the voucher must be used in one transaction. Any leftover amount will be forfeited.

I asked a question earlier but still am unsure of the answer. Can I make 2 different card designs with purchase(for example 2 xmas card designs) as long as it it in the card category? Thanks.

Michelle M. asked 6 months, 17 days, 8 hours, and 37 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kevin C.

Hi Michelle, Sorry for the confusion. The voucher can only be applied to one card design even if they are in the same category.

Hi- Does the 50.00 credit have to be applied to all of the same product? For instance, can you make xmas cards, thanksgiving cards or get a photo coffee cup?

Michelle M. asked 6 months, 17 days, 11 hours, and 53 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kevin C.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your question. The credit does have to be applied to all of the same product.

If I buy the $29 option, Can I use that towards the purchase of flat cards, or do I have to purchase the folded cards.

Leslee W. asked 6 months, 17 days, 12 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kevin C.

Hi Leslee, You can use it towards any card on the site.

I clicked on the link but didn't get a clear understanding of what type of card I can pick from and what the quantity is. Each card shown in the link seems to be a different price???

Sorry for the confusion! The Groupon is not for a specific quantity or set of cards. Instead, the Groupon is for a credit that will be deducted from your total bill when ordering cards (similar to how a gift card works). If you choose the $19 for $50 Groupon, you'll have a $50 credit to apply toward your bill, and if you choose the $29 for $85 Groupon, you'll have an $85 credit to apply toward your bill. If you order cards and your total exceeds $50 or $85, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. Exact redemption instructions will be included on your Groupon voucher after you purchase the Groupon.
