As you know cellulite is a result of fat and toxin storage in the fat cells. The female tethering style of the epidermis to the dermis is what gives the appearance of "cottage cheese" aka cellulite. The emptying of the fat cells reduces the formation of the cellulite by reducing the outward pushing of the skin against the tethers that bind the epidermis to the dermis creating the cellulite appearance. So, if the fat cells remain empty then there will be no outward pressure against the skin with the dimpling effect of the tethers tying the surface skin to the underlying structures this results in a smooth surface skin appearance. So, eat right, and literally the cellulite will not return ... By the way , we have classes and programs for eating right and weight loss the permanent way.
